TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

Cooks Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website or its Content. Cooks Casino does not guarantee that the Website will operate error-free or without interruption and shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures.
Termination
These Terms and Conditions may be terminated by Cooks Casino at any time without notice to the User. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms and Conditions shall cease, and the User must immediately destroy any copies of the Content in their possession.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Amendments
Cooks Casino reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the User.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cooks Casino and the User and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between them regarding the subject matter herein.
Binding Effect
These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, executors, administrators, heirs and assigns.
